Will the All Pro processes damage my clearcoat?
No. Our processes have been found safe by most major automotive manufacturers and proven to be clearcoat safe. Since overspray usually sits on top of the clearcoat, our system is designed to remove the contaminant, not your clearcoat.

My dealer told me not to let anyone clean my vehicle because it will void my warranty. Is that true ?
No. The automotive manufacturers warranty your vehicle, not the dealership. Our processes have been tested by most manufacturers and will not void the warranty. We guarantee our processes will not remove or alter the state of the clearcoat to affect any warranties.

How long will it take to clean my vehicle?
Depending on vehicle size and color, and the severity of the overspray, a 3-man crew will average approximately 3-5 hours per vehicle. The on-site supervisor will confirm the estimated completion time when you drop off the vehicle.

What about the overspray on my moldings and windows?
All Pro can clean and recondition most moldings. If the moldings are not cleanable, the supervisor will offer other options to you. The safest and most thorough way to clean the glass is by using non-abrasive synthetic clay on all glass surfaces to remove overspray.  

What about the wax or sealant on the vehicle?
After removing the overspray from your vehicle, All Pro will polish it and apply a polymer sealant.

How do you clean my vehicle?
All Pro's cleaning procedures are done by hand. In most cases, we use special synthetic clay to remove the overspray, then we use a cleaner to remove any residue on the vehicle. After the overspray is removed, we polish the vehicle and apply a polymer sealant.

Do you use buffers?
All Pro does not use buffers in most overspray removal processes. However, a dual-action polisher (often referred to as a DA tool) is used in the finish application for uniformity.

Do you have a guarantee?
All Pro guarantees that the processes we use will not harm your finish. We stand behind our work and will remedy all problems resulting from faulty workmanship.

How much does this cost?
Our prices are based upon the quantity, sizes of the vehicles, severity of the overspray and type of paint or emission. This is a variable cost that is usually negotiated with the insurance company or contractor handling your claim.

The body shop which I have been going to for years says the vehicle needs to be repainted. What makes you think it can be cleaned?
All Pro specializes in overspray removal which most body shops are not successful at doing. All Pro's processes are both safe and effective in restoring your vehicle to its pre-loss condition.
